Job Details

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Barred in Illinois, Indiana, or Michigan.
• 5 years of experience specializing in securities law, ideally at a mid to large-sized law firm.
• Strong knowledge of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
• Mergers & acquisitions.
• Joint ventures.
• Private equity.
• Finance.
• Drafting, writing and analytical skills, accurate and strong attention to detail.
