Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year

They are seeking a Controller who is looking to grow within an organization and who will want to move up into a higher level role within the future.

Responsibilities:
- Perform and oversee accounting & financial aspects of a real estate investment and family office management business
- LLC/Partnership and investments accounting
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Perform internal audits
- Assist with preparation and review of tax returns
- Manage multiple accounting projects and workflows
- Experience in accounting for acquisitions and managing all aspects of real estate investing
- Construction accounting experience helpful
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- QuickBooks, Excel and Word experience required. Appfolio, Sage, Salesforce and document management a plus
- Insurance knowledge a plus
- CPA a plus but not required
