Responsibilities:
1. Providing full-scale client services in the areas of wealth management, investment services, and financial planning.
2. Managing the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and a positive first experience for all new clients.
3. Utilizing your bilingual skills to communicate effectively with our diverse clientele, particularly those who are Spanish-speaking.
4. Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth and profitability of the company.
5. Handling client inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain high client satisfaction.
6. Assisting in the development and implementation of new procedures and processes to improve client services.
7. Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in wealth management, investment services, and financial planning.
3. Proven experience in client onboarding in a financial setting.
4. Fluency in both English and Spanish.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex client issues effectively.
7. A solid understanding of financial markets and investment strategies.
8. Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
9. Series 65 preferred.
