About the Role

The Company is seeking a Fellow Chief Data Architect to join its technology team. This pivotal role involves working closely with the CIO of Data Technology, the Chief Data Officer, and their leadership teams to define the target-state architecture across various technology domains. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive roadmap for transforming the data infrastructure, with a focus on cloud-based technologies for batch and real-time data processing, analytics, and machine learning. They will also spearhead enterprise-wide transformation projects, ensure regulatory excellence and security, and champion the enhancement of advisor and investor experiences through technological solutions. The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, at least 15 years of experience in software engineering and architecture, with a minimum of 10 years in data architecture, and proven leadership in executing transformative projects.Applicants for this role at the company should be adept in modern cloud-based data processing, AI/ML, and have a strong command of the AWS technology stack. Proficiency in crafting robust data ecosystems, event-driven solutions, and enforcing Master Data Management strategies is essential. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern workplace practices, including Domain-Based Design, DevSecOps, Continuous Delivery, and Agile methodologies, and experience in the financial sector, particularly in wealth management, securities, and trading.
