Job Details

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Barred in Minnesota
• 2 years of experience in Estate Planning Tax
• Experience in drafting complicated and challenging estate plans.
• Proficient at recognizing and advising on estate, gift and generation skipping transfer tax issues.
• Ability to coordinate, organize, manage, advise, recommend, and formulate sophisticated estate plans and wealth transfer strategies and charitable giving plans.
• Ability to oversee the preparation and review of gift, estate and trust tax returns; and handle all aspects of estate and trust administration.
