A well regarded mid-size law firm is seeking a Lateral Estate Planning Partner to join their operation in their Minneapolis office. The T&E Partner is needed to round out their practice so that they don't need to outsource this work for their current clients.

Ideal candidate: A partner or a sole practitioner/proprieter looking for a platform that offers a vast array of services for your clients, high powered associates, adequate support stuff, autonomy to choose your bill rate, inclusivity, and a lucrative compensation model. 

Qualifications: 

• 7 years of experience in all areas of estate planning
• Portable book of business of $350k or more 
• Licensed to practice in MN and in good standing 
• JD from accredited law school
