We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
• Maintain and improve processes and controls associated with manufacturing costs and inventory valuation.
• Lead and manage the monthly financial close process to ensure timely and accurate reporting of all monthly financial information.
• Prepare and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Collaborate with the executive management team to develop budgets and financial plans for the company; make updates and changes as needed.
• Conduct detailed account reconciliations and analysis; present findings and suggestions to management.
• Ensure compliance with all internal processes and financial regulations.
• Develop strategies to improve financial performance and business opportunities.
• Implement and manage internal controls over financial transactions and financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's or CPA highly preferred).
• 8 years of experience
