Our company is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Account Executive to join our thriving sales team. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services. As an outside sales representative or sales agent, you will also research sales competition. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to our company's growth and success by using your sales acumen, strategic thinking, and business development skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop strategic sales plans that expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market.
2. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
3. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and lead generation strategies.
4. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
5. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
6. Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
7. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
8. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
9. Continuously improve through feedback.
10. Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.
11. Conduct presentations of our products and services to prospective clients.
Qualifications:
1. Proven 3 years of experience as a sales executive or relevant role.
2. Proficiency in using CRM software for sales process management.
3. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
4. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
5. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota, preferably over the phone.
6. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
7. Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
8. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
9. Fast learner and passion for sales.
10. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
11. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
12. Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
13. Ability to build productive business professional relationships.
14. Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
15. Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
16. Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
17. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
18. Knowledge of printing supplies and copiers is a plus.
