Mission:

The Senior Media Buyer is focused on generating new ad ideas and testing ad concepts to drive our media buying team’s innovation forward and get consistent lead generation results for our roofing contractor accounts. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee other media buyer metrics - You’re the type of person who takes action and takes responsibility when you identify a gap, and you’re comfortable executing based on priority
• Generating new ad ideas and testing ad concepts
• If our accounts are underperforming, you come ready with new creative strategies to try, and you confidently execute those strategies for contractors. If our account is hitting goals, you’re able to scale sustainably
• You’ll focus on conducting several tests per week to continuously find proven winners to hand off to media buying team to use in their campaigns and drive lead costs down

What makes you the hero for this job:

• 3 Years of previous experience with Facebook Ads Manager
• B2B marketing experience
• Have a proven ability to plan, strategize, build, optimize and scale paid social ad campaigns
• Experience managing 15-30 campaigns at a time
• Be a self-starter. Able to oversee other media buyer metrics - You’re the type of person who takes action and takes responsibility when you identify a gap, and you’re comfortable executing based on priority
