As Head of GTM Enablement at Carta, you will be responsible for leading a 10-person enablement team that works across both sales and post-sale (customer success, implementation and support). You will work with an excellent, high-achieving set of sales and CS stakeholders and in partnership with a broader 50-person GTM Operations team.
Core responsibilities:
You’ll be joining a 10 person enablement team across sales and customer success, and be part of a broader 50-person GTM Ops team that drives data, strategy and operations across all GTM Functions. This role reports into our VP of GTM Operations.
This is a San Francisco based role with 3 days a week in office. Most key stakeholders, teammates and partners work out of the San Francisco office.

Carta’s compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our minimum cash compensation (salary commission if applicable) range for this role is: $195,000 - $260,000 in San Francisco, CA.
