Role Overview:

In the role of Delivery Director, you will be instrumental in driving the successful delivery of digital solutions to clients across the USA. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead a team of project managers and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the delivery of digital solutions projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.
• Providing strategic direction and guidance to project managers and project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
• Maintaining strong client relationships and serving as the primary point of contact for delivery-related matters.
• Collaborating with sales and business development teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and project delivery capabilities.
• Maintaining project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitoring project performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as necessary to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes, methodologies, and capabilities.

Qualifications :

• A degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience in a delivery management or project management role in a consulting or digital solutions environment.
• A track record of successfully delivering complex digital solutions projects, including software development, digital transformation, or IT infrastructure projects.
• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project objectives and exceed client expectations.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
• Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
• Prince2 or other project management certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience working in a client-facing role, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
