Coffee Machine Service Technician

As Coffee Machine Service Technician you will:

• Join a full service solutions provider for coffee and espresso
• Support field service operations
• Travel to restaurants throughout the Chicagoland area
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on coffee/espresso machines
• Troubleshoot and diagnose broken and malfunctioning machines
• Disassemble machines and make emergency repairs as necessary
• Order spare/replacement parts as necessary
• Reassemble and test machines once repairs are complete
• Document your maintenance and repair activities
• Answer customer questions and inquiries as they arise
• Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• Coffee/Espresso Machine Repair experience
• A Valid Driver's License
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent
