Account Manager and Inside Sales Representative (Medical Device)
Up to $32.00 per hour to start plus commissions and full company-sponsored benefits
As Account Manager and Inside Sales Representative, you will:
- Learn about the Company's innovative medical devices and equipment technologies
- Receive complete training
- Identify and qualify new business development opportunities
- Additionally, follow up on warm leads
- Communicate with new and existing customers
- Reach out by phone and email
- Engage key decision makers
- Learn each customer's unique needs
- Provide information on product details, availability, pricing and lead times
- Make product suggestions upon request
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products as appropriate
- Create price quotes
- Take, enter and process orders
- Administer changes and adjustments to existing orders
- Update customer account information in the Salesforce CRM
- Provide post sale support
- Address questions, inquiries and complaints as they arise
- Run routine and special reports
- Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- At least 2 years of Inside Sales, Business Development and/or Account Manager experience
- Outbound Calling experience
Pluses:
- Related experience from the medical device industry
- An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Salesforce experience
