We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic and dedicated Permanent Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented and experienced professional to contribute to the success of our organization.

You will be responsible for promoting our trucking services, presenting trucking features, and generating sales. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual who has a passion for sales and a drive to succeed.

Responsibilities :

• Identify and contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking events.
• Present, promote and sell our trucking services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and other prospecting techniques.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Analyze the territory / market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve through feedback.

Qualifications :

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in trucking sales.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the trucking industry.
