We are seeking a passionate and experienced Permanent Industrial Maintenance Tech to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational efficiency of our manufacturing processes and equipment.

You will be responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance tasks, ensuring our machinery is operating at peak performance.

Responsibilities :

1. Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential faults and issues.

2. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.

3. Troubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment, identifying the root cause of problems and implementing effective solutions.

4. Work with the latest Allen Bradley and Rockwell technology to maintain and repair equipment.

5. Operate in a machine shop environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

6. Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve the longevity and efficiency of machinery and equipment.

7. Document all maintenance work and repairs for future reference and record-keeping.

8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

9. Continuously update knowledge and skills to keep in line with the latest industry developments.

Qualifications :

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.

2. Demonstrated experience with preventative and corrective maintenance.

3. Proficiency in working with Allen Bradley and Rockwell technology.

4. Experience in operating within a machine shop environment.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery issues.

6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

7. A strong commitment to safety and adherence to protocols.

8. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

9. Relevant certifications or qualifications in industrial maintenance or a related field would be advantageous.
