Provide legal counsel to employers on a wide range of employment-related issues, including regulatory compliance, risk management, and best practices.
Represent employers in litigation, handling cases related to employment disputes such as wrongful termination, discrimination, wage and hour claims, and more.
Draft and review employment documents and policies to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.
Engage in negotiation and mediation processes to resolve disputes effectively.
Qualifications :
from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice in New Jersey; New York bar admission is a plus.
3 7 years of experience in employment law, both in counseling and litigation.
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
