Primary duties include ticket sales, visitor assistance, front desk reception, and maintaining the museum's appearance.

Job Details
Greet visitors and deliver outstanding service with a friendly and helpful attitude, including answering questions, resolving issues, and maintaining an inclusive environment.
Operate ticketing and sales systems effectively, adhering to the our standard operating procedures.
Assist guests with coat / baggage check, lost and found, and ADA compliance requests.
Communicate the Museum's mission, history, current exhibits, and programs to ensure visitors have the information needed for a positive and memorable experience.
Clearly explain ticketing and membership benefits and pricing structures to visitors.
Provide accurate and timely customer information via friendly, engaging phone support.
Maintain high standards in the visual appearance, cleanliness, and functionality of museum spaces.
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing supplies.
Communicate resource needs, issues, and priorities to the direct supervisor.
Support the our retail store as needed with pricing, restocking, customer service, and inventory counts.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
