Supervisor experience in managing subordinate supervisors who supervise employees assigned to the contract at the site. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities by the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints, and resolving problems. Monday- Friday, availability 6am - 8pm (times may vary). Must be available Weekends/ Holidays on short notice.

• Three years minimum experience managing a cafeteria or multi food service facility, including sanitation, training, security, food preparation, customer relations, menu selection, safety and accident prevention, and equipment maintenance.
• Proficient knowledge of basic word processing and spreadsheet program applications.
• Certification from an approved sanitation program. Serve Safe and/or PIC (Navy Food Handlers Certification). Certificate of course completion and passing for State-required Sexual Harassment Training within six (6) months of obtaining this position. Non-compliance with all or part of this section may result in demotion with possible termination.
• Must be able to pass The Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) process to be able to access Military installation .
