Responsibilities:

• Review job-site to collect information affecting the estimate, write and negotiate Xactimate estimate
• Review Insurance settlement documentation, write Xactimate supplement if needed
• Continually work with vendors and subcontractors to ensure they follow scope
• Use best practices to minimize risk and to hit profitability targets
• Create budget and vendor specs for your production team to re-build after loss
• Address cost and specifications issues with team of in-house, subs, and vendors

Qualifications:

• Xactimate training and experience for project cost estimating department 4-8 years experience working in a similar capacity. (Insurance Restoration)
• The position must have competence to negotiate with TPA's and adjusters
• This position must be able to demonstrate leadership abilities and possess above average written and oral communication skills.
• The ability to work well in a team environment is also essential for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
