This role will involve developing a strong network of qualified candidates for mainly technical roles, but also marketing, sales, and G&A. This role will also require an understanding of business and hiring manager needs as well as being able to adapt to quickly changing environments. You must be a motivated professional who is ready for a fast pace working atmosphere who wants to make an impact in people's careers! We want employees to have a passion for recruiting and staffing with the ability to create innovative ways to pique candidates' interest and maintain rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
