CEO - Growing Multi Family Company in Daytona, FL 

Seeking an entrepreneurial, hands-on CEO to lead and grow our real estate client as if it's your own. You will have full P&L responsibility and be accountable for the company's overall operations, growth, and financial performance.

Key duties include:

• Developing the strategic vision for the company and leading execution of short and long-term plans
• Making high-level decisions on new products, services, partnerships, and other growth initiatives
• Directly managing a small team of managers overseeing operations, marketing, finance, HR, etc.
• Overseeing budgeting, financial planning, and ensuring sound financial management
• Serving as the face of the company and managing external partnerships and relationships
• Promoting an ownership culture and motivating the team to achieve business goals

The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a proven track record of profitably scaling a business. You have experience wearing multiple hats and driving growth through innovation, calculated risk-taking, and sheer determination to succeed. Qualifications:

• 10 years of multi-family real estate experience
• Minimum 5 years of Sr. Management role
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, accounting, or finance.
