Job DescriptionJob Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Accounts Receivable Specialist in Romeo MI . Our client is a metal finishing manufacturing company .
Responsibilities Include
- Process accounts receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner
- Generate and send out invoices to customers
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with customer accounts
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and account information
- Provide support to customers and internal teams regarding billing inquiries
- Assist with month-end closing activities as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively
- Proven experience as an Account Receivable Specialist or similar role
