Position SummaryPosition is an Internship with training in Accounts Receivable. Max hours per week 29. Responsible for providing financial, and administrative services in order to ensure efficient and accurate financial operation and compliance with established policies and procedures. Position Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited to:Processes cash receipts and handles credit balancesVerifies that transactions comply with financial policies and proceduresResponds to questions and makes calls regarding overdue bills and billing problemsPrepares invoices for emailing to customersPerforms data entry of manual invoices for paymentMaintains and manages Accounts Receivable customer dataPrepares regular periodic and special accounting reportsMaintains safe practice with Customer Credit Card informationReview AR Accounts for open issuesWork with Sales and Customer Service to resolve account issuesReminders to customers for past due statusOther duties as assigned by supervisor MeasurementsReduction of outstanding receivableIncrease in cash flow for assigned customersQualifications-Education/ExperienceRequired:High School Diploma or equivalentProficient with Google for WorkStrong communication skillsOrganized and able to multi-taskPreferred:Experience with AS400, QAD EE, QAD EB2 database systems
