Joanne Suarez Martinez DDS/Pediatric Smiles of Orange is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Aliso Viejo, CA

Our well respected Pediatric dental office in Aliso Viejo is looking to hire a front office Dental receptionist to join our FANTASTIC team 4-5 days a week. You'll join a team of dedicated staff, excellent patients and outstanding customer service. Salary range based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls, confirm and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify insurance coverage and collect necessary patient information
- Maintain and update patient records using Patterson Dental Software.
- Billing and insurance claims processing. Post insurance checks.
- Process Accounts Receivable and Collection Reports

Skills:
- Previous experience working at a front desk in a dental office is mandatory
- Familiarity with dental software Patterson Eaglesoft
- Knowledge of dental terminology related to dental procedures and treatments
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in operating phone systems and handling multiple calls simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Experience with dental management and maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Familiarity with dental scheduling software for appointment management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
