The CNC Set Up Operator should have 2-3 years’ experience operating and setting up CNC Lathe machines. Knowledge on the following type of machines would be helpful: Citizen CNC swiss lathes , Tsugami, Miyano, Doosan, Mori Seiki or other fixed headstock lathes, Index MS40/MS32 ( multi-spindle)

CNC Set Up Operator Schedule : 

Schedule: Monday – Friday. Overtime available and Flexible Schedule 

1st. Shift : 7:00 am - 5:30 pm , or 6:00 am - 4:30 pm 

2nd. Shift : 5:30 pm - 4:00 am ( M - F) 

CNC Set Up Operator requirements and skills:

•  Able to read and understand blueprints 
• Able to do set ups. 
•  It will be helpful that the CNC Set Up Operator has knowledge on the following type of machines: Citizen CNC swiss lathes , Tsugami, Miyano, Doosan, Mori Seiki or other fixed headstock lathes, Index MS40/MS32 ( multi-spindle) Index MS experience is a plus. 
•  Proficient in the use of calipers, micrometers and other measurement devices.
•  Familiar with “G” & “M” codes ( preferred) 
•  Capable of lifting 35-40 lbs. 
•  Knowledge of cutting tools used in CNC machines. 
•  Able to make adjustments on the machine . 
• Troubleshooting 
•  Good communication skills
•  High attention to detail
•  Good technical and mathematical skills
