The Program Support Specialist (PSSI) position assists with the support, organization and administration of Clinic-Based services. This position assists with duties involved in retention/destruction of clinical records. They will help with organizing and putting away files, as well as scanning records into our electronic health record. This position reports to the Revenue Cycle Team Leader.

2. Willingness to seek supervisor guidance with any questions regarding work tasks.

C. Record Systems 

1. Review Dates of Service, to determine if clinical record needs to be retained or purged.
2. Retrieve, organize and re-shelve paper records.
3. Scan physical documents into our EHR SmartCare.
