The Licensed Mental Health Therapist position is responsible for providing a wide array of culturally sensitive, recovery oriented, trauma sensitive, direct clinical services including assessment, counseling, supportive contacts and referrals servicing individuals who are struggling with mental health, substance use and co-occurring issues. The Licensed Mental Health Therapist the provides direct clinical services to adults, including individual and group therapy. This clinician will have a mixed payer caseload with a focus of providing services to commercial consumers. This full-time position requiring some evening work hours. The ideal clinician will thrive in a fast-paced, team oriented, and recovery focused environment. The CSIII reports directly to the assigned supervisor with overall program supervision provided by Clinical Team Manager. The minimum annual service hours are 1352.
