Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Use blueprints and design sketches to ensure proper dimensions and tolerance levels of finished parts.
• Set up and operate CNC Mill machines to make original parts, tools, mechanisms, and devices.
• Load CNC program and adjust for basic level programming changes.
• Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, or materials onto machines.
• Review part process and program off-line for potential problems before they occur.
• Perform needed metrology inspections and report issues.
• Identify best methods to make high quality parts within the quoted cycle time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/skills:

• 3 years of CNC Mill Machining experience in a job shop environment
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and blue prints
• Knowledge of shop math, including geometry and conversions
• Extensive knowledge of G and M codes
• Detailed knowledge of measuring techniques and best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
