JMBM's Orange County or Los Angeles office has an opportunity for an exceptional corporate associate with 3 – 6 years of experience to join a team of corporate attorneys, representing middle market clients on a variety of corporate transactions. Candidates should have a strong general corporate transactional background, including experience with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, spin-offs, divestitures, financings, and strategic investment and alliances. Solid experience in drafting and reviewing corporate documentation is required. Excellent academic credentials, as well as strong written, interpersonal and communication skills are required. Our corporate clients include public and private companies, wealthy individuals, and family offices. They span a diverse range of industries, including consumer products, electronics, entertainment, financial services, food and beverage, manufacturing, retail and technology.
