Job Summary:

We are seeking a Certified Veterinary Technician/Veterinary Technician to join our team at JM Pet Resort & Veterinary Clinic located in Brockton MA right off of RT 24. As a key member of our veterinary care team, you will provide compassionate care to patients, assist in medical and surgical procedures, and contribute to our mission of delivering 360° of Happy Health® to pets.

Job Description:

• Provide compassionate care to patients and assist in medical, surgical, and dental procedures.
• Perform clinical laboratory procedures and maintain test results.
• Take radiographs, and administer EKGs and EEGs.
• Admit and discharge patients, counsel clients on animal care and medications.
• Clean surgical materials, stock operating room, and follow instructions accurately.
• Assist in anesthesia and monitoring procedures, including preparing patients for surgery and assisting the doctor during procedures

Compensation:

• $21 – $32 an hour (based on skill set, experience, and certification status)
• Sign-on bonus of up to $1,500.00 (must have 2 years of experience)
