JLL is Hiring a Regional Manager, Property Management Near Houston, TX

We are currently seeking a Regional Manager to join our Houston executive team to lead our Property Management platform for the region. Note: the focus of this role is office/retail/industrial assets and that experience is required for this position. (this position is not focused on Multi-Family assets). This is the top Property Management executive position in the Region.
Role is located on-site at our Houston, TX office.

Identifying and executing on strategic revenue opportunities
Responsibilities
Managing Business Development
As a Regional Manager Property Management, you will be a key member of the Houston senior executive leadership team; directly responsible for engaging and driving business expansion priorities and growth initiatives for the region. You will leverage your existing relationships within the industry to drive business development initiatives and expand JLL's footprint in the marketplace. As the leader of the Property Management platform for the Houston region, you will identify new opportunities and present JLL's Property Management services to potential clients, negotiate contracts, develop short term and long-term plans, manage hiring initiatives, and ensure a seamless transition of properties to JLL.
Creating Strategic and Collaborative Solutions
A Regional Manager sees the big picture, acts decisively, and focuses on creating an energized and collaborative environment. As a Regional Manager you will provide strategic leadership to accelerate the growth of Property Management to advance its market leading position in the region. This role will ensure all business growth priorities are developed, met, and delivered through a strategic business plan engaging and leveraging current client relationships while also cultivating new client relationships. Success will be measured by your ability to develop winning strategies that increase client satisfaction and year-over-year revenue and profitability.
Embracing the Human Side of Business
You will partner with local business line leads, including Agency Leasing, Capital Markets and Project & Development Services to integrate and coordinate the services required to optimally service Investor clients. Additionally, this position will work with the National Investor Account Team and the National Business Development Leads to develop and expand both new and existing Property Management business relationships. You will ensure that JLL Property Management grows to be a market leading provider the Houston region. The Requirements
Bachelor's degree; advanced degree is preferred
A Texas Real Estate license is required within the first six months of employment
(10 ) years proven business development success in the commercial real estate Property Management services industry, preferably in the Houston, TX market with institutional investor clients (experience must be focused on Office or Industrial or Retail property management. This role is not focused on multi-family apartment communities).
Experience leading commercial real estate professionals to deliver elevated levels of client satisfaction and operational excellence
Strategic client relationships within the market or the industry with proven track record with growth and retention
Office and Industrial property management experience is required. Retail and healthcare property management experience is desired
