JLL is Hiring a Facilities Project Manager Near Herndon, VA

Technical Project Management Administrative Support
Prepare project management reports and meeting minutes
Organize all project documentation and artifacts including SOWs, quotes, POs, contracts, budgets and schedules
Supports Facility Project Manager in improvement and building of standard facility project management procedures
Assists in the preparation of proposals and meetings to facilitate hiring facility project vendors.
Assists in the adherence to contract requirements, business management requirements, and procurement requirements
Project Coordination
Coordinate project meetings by having clear agenda and summaries.
Transcribe meeting minutes, punch lists and other project documentation
Work with architects to deliver plans and drawings
Assist in updating Schedules and Budgets
Track Invoices
Coordinate Vendors
Produce quality Monthly Reports
Assist in drafting RFPs
Help ensure drawings meet client standards
Proactively manage project-related issues on account or assignment
Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all project management technology as required for assigned projects, including business software such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
Process requisitions using client PO system.

MINIMUM REQUIRED
PREFERRED
Education/training
Bachelor Degree or 5 years of Facilities or Construction Experience
Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
Years of relevant experience
5 years practical experience
Facilities, real estate support , project management experience
Skills and knowledge
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executive level internal & external clients
Organizational & detailed-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage differing needs of the business
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office/ Google Suite products
Knowledge of construction or commercial real estate industry
Working knowledge and application of OSHA, ISO, NFPA, ANSI, and ADA standards required. General knowledge of FAA, EASA, and ICAO standards.
Current in industry trends, best practices, and technology, ability to read blueprints, construction drawings, and experience with large construction/renovation projects
Knowledge of estimating, budgeting, and scheduling practices.
