This position requires on-site full-time work in Mexico City, Mexico.
Responsibilities:
Design solutions based on customer project requirements and ensure delivery as per contract agreements post-signing.
Support deploying various products and Points of Presence (POP) in Mexico.
Confirm technical details based on customer project needs and perform solution design.
Assist the procurement and support teams with supplier inquiries regarding equipment and services for customer projects.
Review the feasibility of solutions proposed by suppliers.
Deliver projects as per the contract, ensuring project progress and quality.
Manage suppliers during the delivery process, ensuring they fulfill contractual obligations.
Support the necessary testing for product deployment locally.
Provide feedback to headquarters based on customer opinions and experiences with the company’s products.
Support the necessary testing for local POP construction.
Liaise with international headquarters and regional offices to communicate resource and technical requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
Familiarity with telecommunications network architecture.
Knowledge of IPT, IEPL, IT networks, and security monitoring solutions.
Proficiency in bilingual or trilingual communication skills necessary for local operations (Chinese English Spanish or Chinese English).
Strong communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills.
Proactive work attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
PMP certification is preferred.
