Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong administrative skills to oversee daily operations in our office.
Duties:
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Coordinate and oversee administrative staff activities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring
- Schedule meetings and appointments, and manage calendars
- Ensure efficient front desk operations
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial transactions and reporting
- Oversee medical office management tasks if applicable
Skills:
- Proficient in clerical tasks and office management procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong budgeting and financial management abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience with front desk operations and customer service
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Knowledge of medical office management practices is a plus
- Ability to manage schedules effectively
- Strong administrative capabilities
