Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dealership Receptionist for nights and weekends. As the first point of contact for customers, the receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
• Provide information about the dealership's products and services.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve or escalate issues as needed.
• Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean and organized.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Schedule:

This is a Full-time position that requires day shifts, closing shifts, and weekend shifts with a set schedule
