Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries submitted through our website, email, and social media platforms, providing detailed information about available vehicles, pricing, and financing options.
• Proactively reach out to potential customers through outbound sales initiatives, including email campaigns, social media outreach, and online advertising, to generate leads and drive sales.
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and track interactions, ensuring follow-up and timely responses to inquiries.
• Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate test drives, vehicle deliveries, and other customer appointments.
• Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance and recommendations to customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), such as lead conversion rates, sales volume, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
