Job Description:We are currently seeking a diligent and reliable Janitor/Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the dealership premises, including showroom floors, offices, restrooms, and common areas. The Janitor/Custodian will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in showroom, offices, and customer lounges.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces such as desks, countertops, and furniture.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace trash bags as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of exterior areas, including parking lots and walkways.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and replenishing restroom supplies.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly.
• Notify management of any maintenance or repair issues observed during cleaning duties.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a janitor, cleaner, or custodian preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and floor buffers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
