Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks, possess strong clerical skills, and excel in communication. This role involves managing office procedures, training development, and budgeting.
Duties:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for upper management
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages)
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
- Proficient in QuickBooks and MS Office
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Budgeting experience is a plus
- Experience in home improvements is advantageous
