- Lead the end-to-end proposal, sources sought notice, and request for information development processes, including kick-off meetings, content development, coordination with subject matter experts, and final proposal submission
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and develop compelling and compliant proposal responses
- Conduct thorough reviews of solicitations, ensuring full compliance with all requirements and adherence to established proposal development processes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for proposal-related inquiries and communications with Government agencies, subcontractors, and teaming partners.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop proposal schedules, manage deadlines, and ensure timely submission of proposals.
- Maintain a repository of proposal content, templates, and past performance references for future use.
- Provide guidance and support to team members involved in the proposal process, including writers, graphic designers, and technical experts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, Government procurement policies, and best practices in proposal development.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in proposal management within the Government contracting industry
- In-depth knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
- Shipley proposal process experience is required
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
