Job Description
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES ：
- Assist process engineer in data collecting, following up on new changes, and tracking test results.
- Collect manufacturing data for process daily/Weekly/Monthly reports.
- Query, enter, and maintain technical data in all relevant company databases.
- Prepare and control process documents, including work instructions, training material, etc.
- Assist process engineers in maintaining SPC charts for various processes.
- Assist process engineers in performing tests on jigs and machines.
- Provide training and certification tests to production operators and technicians, document training and certification history, and maintain records. Follow up on training results.
- Review whether current products and processes are in compliance with standards.
- Work closely with process and technology engineers, quality department, and production leads/supervisors to improve product quality and output. Assist process engineers with PFMEA and control plan activities to identify and mitigate manufacturing risks before they become quality issues.
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMTETENCIES ：
- Understanding of basic statistical concepts and methods.
- Able to use basic measuring tools.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting and root cause analysis techniques, good problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Proficient with data extraction and manipulation, including pivot tables, graphs, and charts through MS Excel.
- Good team player with a positive and proactive attitude; self-starter who performs well under minimum supervision.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ability to lift and sort parts of up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Able to work in different shift schedules or some overtime as needed.
