We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment for our guests and ensure they have a positive experience from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests as they enter, seat them, and provide menus
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
- Answer phone calls and take reservations with professionalism
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables as needed
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests, staff, and management
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment is a plus
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
