Jim Shorkey North Hills Toyota Service Center is in search of a Service Lane Consultant to join our winning service team! This is an entry level positions that would allow an individual to start your career in the Service Industry. Review the job description below and apply today!

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and offer excellent customer service
• Assist customers in servicing, repairing, and explaining service that is needed
• Collect initial information of customers vehicle service needed
• Explain service required for vehicle
• Ensure that automotive work provided to customers meet company quality standards

Schedule: Daylight hours 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. Saturdays are required.

Requirements

• Be able to pass a background and drug test
• Must be 18 years of age
• Clean driving record & valid driver's license
• Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
• Basic knowledge of computer programs and touchscreen tablets
