We are experiencing tremendous growth and are looking to add a professional experienced Automotive Finance Manager to our existing quality leadership team at our Jim Shorkey North Huntingdon Mitsubishi.

This is an extraordinary opportunity to join a family owned and operated automotive dealership. We are seeking a self-starter, highly motivated individual that enjoys making connections with clients. We have a fast pace, upbeat environment, with repetitive customer business. 

We are only looking to interview candidates with 2 years of Auto Finance Manager Experience ONLY!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
• Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
• Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position
• Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
• Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Prepares paperwork, contracts, and delivers deals
• Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts

Key Competencies:

• Attention to detail - ability to quickly assemble required documents to title a vehicle and submit supporting documentation to lenders. 
• Technology savvy - ability to demonstrate value to the client and offer protection packages to the client that will provide an exceptional ownership experience. 
• Organization skills - Strong organization and time management proficiency 
• Process oriented - ability to streamline the flow of important documents to the titling department , accounting department and improve the speed at which deals are processed 

Requirements

• 2 years of automotive finance manager experience is a must!
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures is required!
• Proven record of product sales and finance penetration
• Strong relationships with lending institutions with references
• Notary license a plus
• 3 Work references ( We will on contact all former employers)
• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to pass pre-screen drug test and background check (no felonies or misdemeanors) 
• Ability to pass a MVR ( have a clean driving record with no tickets, suspensions, or DUIs).
