** Work hours are Monday - Fridays from 8am - 5pm. This will be at the Jim Shorkey North Huntingdon Mitsubishi building. This position will have the potential to work from at a later date. **

**Please note that since this is an entry level job, we start at $12 per hour**

What you will be doing?

Accounts Payable Clerks works in our accounts payable accounting department. They manage amounts due to vendors or suppliers for goods or services received that have not yet been paid for. The sum of all outstanding amounts owed to vendors is shown as the accounts payable balance on the company's balance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Checks invoices and obtains appropriate payment approval.
• Match purchase orders with open items and post in DMS on a daily basis.
• Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all account payable files.
• Reconciles vendor statement and making sure that invoices are consistent with dealership schedules.
• Analyzes vendor accounts.
• Answers vendor inquiries.
• Assists in monthly closings.
• Assists with other office duties and special projects, as necessary.

Requirements

• Highly Proficient in all Microsoft programs. (The position requires office skills including computer usage majority of the time, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams).
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong organization skills with a sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks.
• Proficient with computers and technology platforms.
• Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license with a clean MVR.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screening.
• This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a constantly changing environment.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
