The BDC Agent at Jim Norton T - Town Chevrolet in Tulsa, Oklahoma is a vital part of our sales team and plays a crucial role in connecting with potential customers and generating leads for our dealership.

This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within our organization.

The BDC agent will be covering our evening shift of 4pm-8pm five days a week and working every other Saturday.

The BDC Agent will work collaboratively with our sales and marketing teams to drive sales and achieve our dealership's goals.

The Norton Family has been handling Oklahoma’s automotive needs since 1928 and we take pride in providing the best customer experience possible.

Pay Range : $18 - $20 per hour

Responsibilities

• Manage leads through phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions
• Act as the first point of contact for potential customers and provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
• Gather and record customer information accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement new strategies and promotions to generate leads
• Provide support to the sales team by assisting with administrative tasks as needed
• Uphold the dealership's standards and policies at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with CRM systems preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
