Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team at Jim Norton T - Town Chevrolet in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is a full-time position with commission opportunities in the auto industry. As a skilled technician and contractor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality automotive detailing services to our valued customers while representing our brand with professionalism and integrity.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive pay structure of up to $50,000 per year, paid semi-monthly. In addition to the base pay, you have the opportunity to earn commission based on the quality and quantity of services provided. As a full-time employee, you will also be eligible for company benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts.
Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough and efficient automotive detailing services, including cleaning, waxing, buffing, and polishing vehicles to meet or exceed customer expectations
• Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and report them to the appropriate manager
• Utilize various cleaning agents, tools, and equipment to ensure all surfaces of the vehicle are properly cleaned and protected
• Follow company standards and procedures for detailing and maintaining inventory of supplies
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including equipment and tools used
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Continuously strive to improve and uphold the high standards of quality service expected by our customers
Requirements:
• At least 1-2 years of experience in automotive detailing or a similar role in the auto industry
• Knowledge of various detailing products, tools, and techniques
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality work
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time, as well as lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
