• Answer customer calls and establishes follow-up with service appointments.
• Complete outbound calls based with a focus on lead generation activities for service drive marketing programs
• Respond quickly to phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Completes other assignments for outbound calls include but are not limited to safety recalls, recommended services, special order parts, declined service, pre-paid maintenance
• Makes daily call quota
• Understands the terminology of the automobile business and keeps abreast of technology changes
• Understands the manufacturer's requirements and policies for assigned brands
• Books appointments based on maintenance schedule per brand and in accordance with company policies and manufacturers specifications
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
• Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, and dealership management.
• Utilize tracking systems daily.

• At least one previous role based in customer service experience
• Excellent teammate with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• Positive and hardworking personality
• Strong computer skills
• Valid driver’s license
