The Vice President of People and Culture is the standard bearer for our values of integrity, respect, professionalism, and excellence. They play a leading role in ensuring our culture is people-centric, and for building lasting relationships with our employees, customers, and the community. This position reports to the President and oversees a team of five, comprised of human resources, payroll functions, and student leadership. It has responsibility for the human resource elements that support our overall business plans. Specific areas include recruiting and hiring, employee engagement, legal compliance, safety and training, benefits, and succession planning for key roles.

Normal business hours for the People Team is Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
As an Executive you could be on call for emergencies with employees or the property.
