We are looking for an industrial hygiene technician in Toledo, OH with experience in site surveying for asbestos, lead-based paint, hazardous materials, air monitoring, and mold investigations.

Must be willing to travel up to 50%.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct asbestos, lead-based paint, hazardous materials surveys, and air monitoring services for various clients.
• Write client reports that convey sound professional methodology, conclusions, and recommendations and act as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including high-level public and/or private contacts.

Required Knowledge, Education, and Experience:

• Experience surveying sites for asbestos, lead-based paint, hazardous materials, air monitoring, and mold investigations.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload.
• Proficiency in standard computer programs, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Asbestos and Lead certifications are highly desired.
• Must be willing to travel up to 50%.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
