QualificationsWe are looking for loan officers who are highly skilled in phone sales with a desire to achieve in a competitive sales environment.Desired Skills & Experience:Minimum 2 years’ experience and NMLS Safe Act compliant with at least 1 active state licenseCollege preferred, not required with proven mortgage experienceComfortable managing a monthly pipeline of up to 40 loansProven track record of success in salesMust have strong communication skills and is detail orientedAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAdditional InformationFor more than 20 years, The J.G.
